Antoine Piccolo, Sourcing & product Management
Business professional with 10 years of experience in the F&B industry in Hong Kong & Macau, Antoine has worked in the supply chain management and servicing the most prestigious, Hotels, restaurants and private clubs in fine-food. Since then he develop a unique portfolio of premium ingredients with producers and farmers accross the globe and has joined the company to deliver a unique product selection. Antoine was raised in France, Valencienne, and was graduated from a Master at the International Business school of St Etienne in 2007.
Cecilia Paolini, founder & Director of Business development
Business professional with 15 years of experience in the F&B industry. Cecilia has worked in fine dining and hotels establishment in Italy, London and Hong Kong. Passionate and expert about fine food, she founded “ Exclusive Chef Selection to deliver a unique experience, exclusive product and services to her clientele. She leads the global business development
sales and operations of the company. Cecilia was raised in Italy, Ancona and was graduated for the Food and Beverage
Management School in 2004.


I'm Nancy Chu, Operations Manager at Exclusive Chefs Selection. My responsibilities range from providing quotes to clients, supporting purchases, processing client orders and managing supplier and client issues to supporting logistics and maintaining the company catalogs up to date as well. I have previously worked at several top media buying agencies in New York, USA in a client finance capacity, overseeing client budgets, client billing, and vendor reconciliations.
